OUT OF THE SHADOWS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

(Chicago, IL, USA  5/4/2021) Thrash metal band REIGN have entered pre-production on a new EP. After a year of quarantine, caution, and planning during the COVID-19 pandemic, the band is finally putting together the pieces to their new EP. The EP is not yet titled but will include three new tracks and two re-imagined classics. The classic tracks will be curated from the band’s first two EP’s titled W.M.D (2015) and Maximum Carnage (2016). One from each EP. In the coming weeks, Reign will release the track listings, cover art, and title of the new EP through social media. The band expects the EP to be complete and released by July 4^th, 2021.

About the new tracks:

In addition, REIGN has launched a new website, www.reignthrash.com . The site will feature a shop, blog, and exclusive content not available anywhere else. The website is currently streaming the music video for “Faceless”, from their first full length album DESTITUTE (2018).

Biography:

Reign is a thrash metal band from Chicago, IL since 2013. The band has a unique multidimensional sound that was forged in the basements, warehouses, and clubs of Chicago’s DIY underground and bar music scene. They have shared stages with thrash metal staples like Flotsam and Jetsam, Warbringer, Havok, and DRI. And also played a Warped Tour ’17 date. Their debut album, DESTITUTE, was well received in the metal community and has been streamed, bought, and downloaded worldwide.
